Tomato soup:
Ingredients:
- 6-8 plum tomatoes
- 1 medium onion
- 4 tbsp sea moss gel
- 6 cups vegetable broth
- salt and pepper to taste
- any other spices you want, to taste (basil, onion powder, etc.)
Instructions: Chop tomatoes and onions into medium size pieces, and place in a large pot with the vegetable broth. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 3-4 hours. Remove from heat, blend with an immersion blender, and add salt, pepper, and spices.
