Mushroom soup:

Ingredients:

 - 2 or 3 large portabella mushrooms

 - 1 medium onion

 - 6 cups vegetable broth

 - salt and pepper to taste

- 4 tbsp sea moss gel

 - any other spices you want, to taste 

 

Instructions: Chop mushrooms and onions into medium size pieces, and place in a large pot with the vegetable broth. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 3-4 hours. Remove from heat, blend with an immersion blender, and add salt, pepper, and spices.
