Fried “chicken” Ingredients:	6- 12 oyster Mushrooms	1 1/2 cup. Aquafaba or Spring WaterCoat mushrooms with aquafaba	1  cup. Spelt Flour  1/2 cup chickpea flour	2 tsp. Oregano	2 tsp. Basil	2 tsp. Sea Salt	2 tsp. Sage	2 tsp. Onion Powder	1 tsp. Tarragon	1 tsp. Cayenne Powder	Grape Seed Oil Directions	Blend together flour and the remaining seasonings in a large bowl, then batter mushrooms. Stovetop	On a medium-high heat, add about 3 tbsp. of oil to skillet.	Cook mushrooms for 3-4 minutes on each side or until crispy. (Be careful of popping oil due to high heat or water from the mushrooms)
