Ingredients
1/4 cup Garbanzo Bean Flour
1/3 cup Spring Water
1/4 tsp. Basil
1/4 tsp. Parsley
1/4 tsp. Onion Powder
1/4 tsp. Sea Salt
1/4 tsp. Oregano
1/4 tsp. Cayenne Powder
1/4 cup chopped green and yellow Onion
1/4 cup diced Red Bell Pepper
1/4 cup chopped Portobello Mushrooms
1/4 cup chopped Kale
4 tbsp sea moss gel avocado
Oil to spray pan
Directions
Mix flour, water, and seasonings in a bowl. Spray avocado oil on your skillet on medium heat. Add a spoonful of each vegetable to the skillet and lightly saute for 2-3 minutes. Pour the mixture into the skillet and let it cook for 1-3 minutes before flipping. Use your spatula to flip the omelet and fold it over
