Ingredients

1/4 cup Garbanzo Bean Flour

1/3 cup Spring Water

1/4 tsp. Basil

1/4 tsp. Parsley

1/4 tsp. Onion Powder

1/4 tsp. Sea Salt

1/4 tsp. Oregano

1/4 tsp. Cayenne Powder

1/4 cup chopped green and yellow Onion

1/4 cup diced Red Bell Pepper

1/4 cup chopped Portobello Mushrooms

1/4 cup chopped Kale

4 tbsp sea moss gel avocado

Oil to spray pan

 

Directions

 

Mix flour, water, and seasonings in a bowl. Spray avocado oil on your muffin pan.  Pour the mixture into the muffin pan. Set ovefn to 350 degrees. Let it cook for 30 min.
