Ingredients 6 burro bananas 1 tsp sea moss gel ½ tsp Ceylon cinnamon ¼ tsp nutmeg (not approved) 3 Tbsp agave Pinch of salt 1 cup spelt flour 1/2 hemp milk Grapeseed Oil for frying. Instructions Mash bananas with fork in bowl. Add agave, sea moss gel, cinnamon, nutmeg and a pinch of salt. Sift in flour and stir with spoon until fully combined. Add oil to pan over medium-high heat. Once oil is hot, drop banana fritter batter in oil by the spoonful. Once one side is golden, flip fritter and cook until the other side is browned as well.
