Alkaline pizza

 

Toppings: Kalamata olives, red bell pepper, kale, yellow bell pepper, cilantro, onions, portobello mushrooms

 

Brazil nut cheese:

  • 1 cup Brazil Nuts (Soaked overnight, about 2 hours if using hot water)
  • 1/2 cup Spring Water
  • 1/4 cup Hemp Milk
  • 1 tsp. Lime Juice
  • 3 tsp. Sea Moss Gel
  • 1/2 tsp. Onion Powder
  • 1/2 tsp. Oregano
  • 1/2 tsp. Basil
  • 1/4 tsp. Sea Salt

 

Sauce: INGREDIENTS

  • 12 oz tomato paste
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 4 Tbs olive oil
  • 3/4 tsp lime juice

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Put all ingredients in a bowl and stir to combine.
  • Put it on your pizza with your other toppings and bake.

 

Crust: INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup warm water
  • 2 tablespoons agave
  • 1 packet) active dry yeast (optional)
  • 2 and 1/2 cups spelt flour
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 and 1/4 teaspoons fine sea salt

 

Add toppings & Bake on 450 for 15-20 min.
