Key lime pie

 

Crust:

  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 1/4 cup shredded dissected soft-jelly coconut or ½ cup of coconut flakes
  • 1 cup dates (around 12)
  • ¼ tsp sea salt

 

Filling:

  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 1 small avocado
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
  • 4 tbsp agave
  • 3 key lime juiced
  • ½ cup water
  • 4 tbsp coconut oil or sea moss gel
  • Add lime zest to mixture

 

Place in fridge overnight or in the freezer for a few hours
