Key lime pie
Crust:
- 1 cup walnuts
- 1/4 cup shredded dissected soft-jelly coconut or ½ cup of coconut flakes
- 1 cup dates (around 12)
- ¼ tsp sea salt
Filling:
- 1 cup walnuts
- 1 small avocado
- ¼ tsp sea salt
- 4 tbsp agave
- 3 key lime juiced
- ½ cup water
- 4 tbsp coconut oil or sea moss gel
- Add lime zest to mixture
Place in fridge overnight or in the freezer for a few hours
